Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Netflix India's social community, positioning it as the most engaged OTT community in the country
- Drive always-on cultural presence beyond individual title launches, ensuring Netflix consistently leads in share of voice and shapes how content travels across press and influencer ecosystems

- Deep understanding of Indian internet behavior across different cohorts and regions
- Genuinely creative mindset with ability to concept and pitch original ideas
- Real content programming instincts and ability to sequence conversation around content lifecycles
- Personal passion for content consumption with strong opinions and enthusiasm
- Ability to balance creative instinct with data-driven decision making
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and accountability
- Strong narrative thinking and understanding of how social shapes perception
This role offers the opportunity to shape cultural momentum and influence what trends, headlines, and fandoms emerge across India, rather than simply managing social feeds.
