As a VSB (Very Small Business) Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales specialists focused on the 1-19 employee business segment. You'll be responsible for overseeing outreach efforts, lead generation, and engagement strategies while driving growth in this critical market segment. Your core responsibilities include leading the initial contact and lead qualification process to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads, coaching and mentoring your team to achieve both short- and long-term sales goals, and identifying and recruiting top talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Development, Product Development, and Management to ensure sales strategies align with company growth objectives. This involves crafting personalized pitches, leveraging market insights and data-driven strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. You'll report directly to the Sales Leader in the Philippines and have the opportunity to work from the Manila office with flexibility for remote work and occasional team-building activities.
