Strong communication skills across technical (developers, product) and business (payments, finance, C-level) stakeholders are essential. You should be comfortable with API-based integration methods, REST/JSON APIs, and tools like Postman. Experience with at least one front-end technology (JavaScript, React, Angular) and one back-end technology (Java, .NET, Python, Node) is required.
Ideal candidates have payments industry exposure, understanding of end-to-end payment flows, and familiarity with 3DS, network tokenization, Apple/Google Pay, open banking, or fraud-risk engines. Prior experience in engineering, development, product management, or e-commerce is a plus.
