CodeRabbit is building next-generation AI-driven code review systems that combine language models with human expertise to enhance software development productivity. As Manager, Sales Enablement, you will build and scale the enablement function within Revenue Operations, reporting to the Sales Enablement Leader. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable enablement initiatives supporting continuous learning and field readiness across the go-to-market organization. Key responsibilities include: designing and iterating on structured onboarding programs covering product knowledge, competitive positioning, pipeline generation, and discovery skills; managing new hire cohorts through defined ramp schedules with clear milestones and certification checkpoints; building role-based learning paths and competency frameworks ensuring consistency across the revenue organization; designing engaging certification programs using varied delivery methods (live sessions, virtual training, self-study modules, on-demand resources); tracking onboarding effectiveness through KPIs and 30/60/90-day success metrics; developing continuous learning curriculum for tenured reps on product releases and competitive dynamics; surfacing frontline insights to identify messaging and skills gaps; managing the enablement content repository; and coordinating quarterly bootcamps and weekly enablement calendars. This is a strategic, high-impact individual contributor role at a pivotal moment—CodeRabbit is Series B and planning to double the go-to-market team over the coming year. You will own the full enablement lifecycle and be measured on time-to-productivity, ramp efficiency, and sustained team performance. The role requires bridging Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure new hires develop product fluency and competitive messaging in a complex, developer-focused market. Required: 3+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or closely related GTM function; demonstrated experience building programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes (ramp speed, win rates, retention, expansion); strong understanding of full-cycle SaaS sales motions; hands-on fluency with modern sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar); excellent program design and project-management skills; strong written and verbal communication; experience with GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Slack, Claude, Nooks, Sumble); data analysis and business case building ability; builder's mindset comfortable in ambiguity; exceptional written communication for creating playbooks, battle cards, one-pagers, and demo scripts. Nice to have: experience at high-growth, venture-backed companies (Series A through growth stage) building foundational enablement during rapid scaling; background in developer tools, code review, DevOps, or technical products with developer/engineering buyer personas; experience designing structured certification programs with assessments and competency tracking; prior work within Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations functions; instructional design training or adult learning principles experience; experience in AI or SaaS environments understanding rapid messaging and competitive shifts.
