Reducto is hiring its first Manager of Sales Development to build and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (8-10 reps) generating pipeline for Growth and Enterprise segments. You'll shape the sales development function from the ground up—defining playbooks, building team culture, and establishing best practices rather than inheriting an existing structure. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring high-performing SDRs, evolving Reducto's outbound prospecting playbook through testing and iteration, actively recruiting and onboarding new team members, and running weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions. You'll develop strategic prospecting training, create individual development plans for each rep, and coach direct reports on deal-moving tactics. Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, RevOps, and Account Executives will be essential to improve conversion from first touch through closed deal. You'll work with sales leadership to build a data-informed, framework-driven team that isn't afraid to launch, iterate, and adapt quickly. Reducto is the agentic document platform for AI teams, combining custom in-house and frontier models to power efficient, accurate document workflows. The company has grown 8x YoY, partnered with hundreds of companies (Harvey, Vanta, Scale, FAANG teams, top trading firms), and raised over $100M from a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital. Success requires 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in management or team-lead capacity. B2B SaaS sales and sales management experience is essential, ideally with technical or AI/ML products. You should have a track record prospecting into multiple segments and personas (technical buyers to business stakeholders), strong problem-solving instincts, and genuine comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, early-stage environments. Technical curiosity about document AI platforms and the ability to build credibility with ML-savvy prospects is important. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to work on-site 5 days per week. Open to using AI to amplify your own work with good judgment about responsible application.
