You will lead a team of 6–10 Sales Development Representatives with full ownership of pipeline creation, lead conversion, and day-to-day execution quality. Key responsibilities include improving conversion across inbound lead sources through tightened process and follow-up discipline, building a strong operating cadence around metrics and coaching, hiring and developing team members into future AE opportunities, and partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and sales leadership to improve funnel quality and efficiency.
You'll create scalable systems and workflows that help the team move faster and execute consistently, use data to identify performance trends and develop action plans, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture grounded in accountability and growth.
