Salary: USD 135,000 - 169,500 / annual

Brex is a fintech platform providing corporate cards, banking, and spend management software to thousands of high-growth companies. The Sales Development team drives pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and is critical to revenue growth. As Manager of Sales Development, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You'll report directly to sales leadership and work cross-functionally with marketing and executives to optimize this key business motion. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring an SDR team to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas - Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ramping SDRs to drive early success - Providing regular coaching, feedback, and professional development while maintaining an inclusive, engaged team environment - Reporting on individual and team-level performance to senior leadership, identifying strengths and improvement opportunities - Maintaining daily activity goals and weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting; enforcing SDR playbook adherence - Partnering with marketing to improve lead scoring and demand generation processes - Collaborating with sales training to enhance prospecting skills, objection handling, and product knowledge - Working with Account Executives to improve AE:SDR partnerships and prospecting plans You'll be hands-on, willing to get in the trenches with your team on cold calling and email copy. Success requires data-driven decision-making, excellent interpersonal skills, cross-functional alignment, and a focus on innovation and testing. Required qualifications: 1+ years of SDR management experience with consistent quota attainment; 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SDR or full-cycle); strong expertise in outbound sales via email, phone, and social selling; proficiency with LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce; ability to partner effectively with marketing and sales teams on multi-touch campaigns.
