CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform trusted by 17,000+ customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting over 2 million code reviews weekly. The company recently closed a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation and is building Agentic Change Management as the control layer for software changes created by humans and AI.
The GTM organization is scaling rapidly from 224 to 320 people within 18 months, with significant growth in variable compensation programs. Currently, one person manages all compensation administration. This role will own half of that responsibility outright, managing every payment, plan document, calculator, and dispute for the sales compensation function.
You will run the commissions cycle end-to-end, owning monthly and quarterly processes from participant setup through calculation, validation, and payroll submission. You'll investigate and resolve disputes at their root cause—crediting errors, quota misalignments, and payout escalations—rather than just processing payments. Plan administration is a core responsibility: issuing and tracking comp plans across six payee groups, operationalizing SPIFFs, accelerators, and mid-cycle changes, and handling splits, draws, true-ups, prorations, and departures.
You'll make compensation transparent and understandable by writing plan documents, policies, and FAQs for sellers and managers. As the business transitions to a consumption model, you'll administer comp tied to both bookings and usage, including commit, ramp, and true-up logic, and pressure-test new mechanics before launch. You'll rebuild the current spreadsheet calculators with real controls and audit trails, keep data clean across Salesforce, the HRIS, and payroll systems, and implement AI and automation for anomaly detection and reconciliation.
You'll build dashboards giving sellers, managers, and Finance visibility into attainment and payouts without manual requests. When the company selects an ICM (incentive compensation management) platform, you'll lead requirements, vendor selection, and implementation. You'll also support accruals and month-end close with Finance (including ASC 340-40 compliance) and partner with RevOps, People, Payroll, and Sales/CS leadership.
In your first year, you'll take over the full commissions cycle with no late or materially wrong payroll, rebuild the calculator stack to handle the full payee base, measurably reduce dispute volume and resolution time, make attainment and expected payouts self-serve, and launch FY28 consumption plan changes with accurate payments.
