ClassPass (part of Playlist) is seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of 8–10 Field Account Executives driving partner growth across the Central Region. You'll be responsible for partner acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention by empowering your team with strategy, coaching, and sales tools. Key responsibilities include traveling ~25–30% of the time across your region to support major conversations, close high-impact deals, and build real-world relationships with partners. You'll be the go-to expert in regional fitness and wellness, nurturing a network that unlocks market potential. You'll actively participate in sales conversations, joining partner meetings to guide negotiations and model strong engagement tactics. You'll champion Salesforce and Salesloft data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and ensure your team's pipeline is healthy and high-performing. Collaboration with senior leadership on sales strategy design and refinement is essential, as is keeping an eye on ROI and budgets while growing supply and elevating the ClassPass experience. Required experience: 3–5 years in a people leadership role within SMB and Mid-Market sales, with a track record of developing talent in fast-paced, field-based environments (SaaS preferred). You'll also need 2+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales, ideally in a marketplace or tech-driven business. You must demonstrate proven strength in negotiation, experience building and executing team-wide sales plans, and an energizing leadership style that motivates teams across multiple verticals. You should be data-savvy with fluency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite, and have deep familiarity with the local fitness and wellness landscape. Ideally, you'll be based near a major metro airport, preferably near one of their target markets, with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
