As a Manager, Product Sales (Spend SMB, NAMER), you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the SMB segment in North America. You will drive team growth, develop talent, and directly impact Rippling's revenue goals. This role reports to the Director of Sales. You will manage a team of Product Account Executives (PAEs) running high-velocity sales cycles while navigating strategic sales processes. The team works with a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, collaborating closely with core business teams. Note: This position requires working during EST hours (5:20 PM - 2:30 AM). Key responsibilities include: - Manage, coach, hire, and scale a team of Account Executives - Support your team through strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Rippling's value proposition - Monitor sales performance metrics: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment - Report regularly on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting - Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity - Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets - Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and onboarding of new team members Rippling values in-office collaboration and expects office-based employees (those within a defined radius of a Rippling office) to work in the office at least three days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - 2-5 years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team for a B2B SaaS company - Ability to accurately forecast team performance - Motivated with a desire to learn and strong work ethic - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Plus: Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
