SRS Acquiom is seeking a Manager of Product Engineering to lead a team building and scaling the platform that powers complex M&A and loan agency transactions. The company delivers software and services designed to help deal parties manage transactions more efficiently, supporting over 11,500 transactions globally since 2007.
In this role, you will manage a team of product engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality features that solve real problems for sophisticated financial clients. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Your responsibilities include hiring and developing engineering talent, establishing best practices, code review standards, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
You'll work on a platform handling mission-critical financial transactions across North America and Europe, where reliability, security, and performance are paramount. The engineering team supports both M&A services (shareholder representation, escrow agent services, document solicitation) and loan/credit transaction services (administrative agent, collateral agent roles).
SRS Acquiom is based in Denver with offices across the US, London, and Amsterdam.
