The Manager, Product Development - Bath is a hands-on, factory-based execution role embedded within Quince's vendor ecosystem. This position is primarily on-site at finished-goods and materials factories in Turkey, owning real-time coordination, follow-up, and issue resolution to keep product development moving at speed and with precision. Key responsibilities include: - Own and actively manage day-to-day product development timelines across new products, color/size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes - Drive accelerated sample development, validate documentation handoffs, expedite approvals, and ensure development milestones are met without delay - Serve as central point of coordination across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical, and Quality teams - Coordinate and manage efficient, robust product testing to uphold high-quality standards - Proactively identify development risks and enable faster decision-making - Ensure products move efficiently from concept to production while meeting Quince's quality, cost, and timeline expectations Success metrics include: reducing product development cycles from 28 weeks to 16 weeks, achieving 7-day average sample turnaround time, reducing sample rounds from 2.4 to 2.0 per product, perfect technical hand-offs to vendors, and seamless cross-team coordination. This role requires spending the majority of time in factories, strengthening alignment between Quince and its vendors while enabling faster execution and higher quality outcomes.
