In this Manager role, you will lead a team of Payer Integration Managers responsible for completing health plan integrations and providing strategic guidance on payer relationships. You'll serve as the cross-functional subject-matter expert on Lyra's Health Plan Integration (HPI) product, supporting implementation, training, and problem-solving across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of Payer Integration Managers
- Driving health plan integrations to completion while ensuring customer success
- Providing expert consultation on payer integration, billing, and future product development
- Supporting sales conversations to qualify and position HPI implementations
- Collaborating with Billing, Marketing, Product, Health Plan/Health System, and Customer Support teams to identify trends and improve member experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with key health plan stakeholders
- Solving complex technical and operational challenges across different health plan environments
- Documenting and facilitating conversations with health plans regarding HPI launch and ongoing support
- Demonstrating agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving market

Requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- College degree or equivalent years of applicable manager experience
- Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space; preferably experience working with or for a health plan
- Passion for mental health and transforming the healthcare landscape
- Excellent listening and communication skills (oral and written) with ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels
- Strong collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to build scalable processes
- Experience working with customers on digital product/service implementation, including health plan coordination
- Passion for cross-functional collaboration, both leading and supporting multiple stakeholders
