As Manager of Paid Media, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across global paid channels including search, social, display, YouTube, and retargeting. You'll own performance management and day-to-day execution while driving acquisition, pipeline growth, and ROI targets. This role blends analytical rigor with hands-on campaign management, requiring close partnership with Growth Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams.
Key responsibilities include developing multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with funnel goals and business priorities; owning budget planning, forecasting, and pacing to meet CAC and ROAS targets; building and managing campaigns end-to-end from keyword/audience selection through optimization; continuously testing and improving performance across channels; ensuring proper tracking and attribution; and collaborating cross-functionally to localize campaigns across markets. You'll maintain a structured testing roadmap, surface insights on platform algorithm changes, and scale best practices globally.
Required qualifications: 5–8 years managing paid media in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce; deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads; proven success optimizing for pipeline, ROI, and LTV:CAC efficiency; strong analytical skills with Excel, Looker, Tableau, or GA4; experience with marketing automation and CRM systems like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce; exceptional project management and attention to detail; and ability to translate performance data into actionable business insights.
