Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 / annual

Vestwell is a financial technology company powering the savings economy, enabling over 350,000 businesses and 2M active savers with over $50B in assets across retirement, education, and healthcare savings. The company serves financial advisers, employers, third-party administrators, financial institutions, payroll providers, government agencies, and individual savers. As Manager of Operational Finance and Analytics, you will own operational KPIs by defining metrics, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a unified reporting framework. You will work closely with the COO to evaluate operational processes using data and performance modeling, developing business cases for operational changes and quantifying impacts on efficiency, cost, capacity, and revenue. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Finance to link operational data to forecasting, capacity planning, and revenue analysis. You will translate operational issues into structured problems, create analytic frameworks, and provide data-based recommendations. You will conduct root-cause analyses and implement data-driven solutions, partnering with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, accurate metric definitions, and reliable reporting systems. You will also establish processes for reporting and analytics across the organization. The role is based at Vestwell's headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York. The company also maintains offices in Austin, King of Prussia, and Scottsdale. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field - 5 years of experience in finance, strategy consulting, or a related role - 5 years of experience in quantitative and financial analysis, forecasting, and US GAAP principles - 3 years of experience with at least one of the following platforms (may be concurrent): Salesforce, Rippling, Cube, Sage Intacct, or Tableau
