You will serve as a strategic finance partner driving ParentSquare's growth and business decision-making. This role bridges finance and business strategy, focusing on high-impact projects rather than day-to-day accounting.
Key responsibilities:
**Strategic Projects & Corporate Development:** Lead initiatives for organic and inorganic growth, including M&A evaluation, pricing and packaging strategy, and business cases for new products or markets.
**Cross-Functional Business Partnering:** Deliver financial analysis on unit economics, ROI, and build-vs-buy decisions to business leaders and the executive team.
**Initiative Leadership:** Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on high-priority initiatives, driving financial analysis and business case development through to executive recommendation.
**Strategic Reporting & KPI Frameworks:** Build AI-enabled dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into progress against strategic growth initiatives.
**AI-Driven Analysis & Automation:** Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to scale financial analyses, research, and reporting, extending team capacity as the business grows.
You will be highly analytical, comfortable structuring ambiguous business problems, and skilled at translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
