Dandelion Health combines multimodal clinical data from community health systems with validated AI models to deliver regulatory-grade scientific insights that support clinical trial design, patient enrollment, and AI-powered decision-making across the drug development and commercial lifecycle.
You will serve as Manager of Network Strategy & Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Network Officer. This is a project management and operations leadership role focused on executing complex, multi-stakeholder data partnerships across Dandelion's health system network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive data extraction roadmaps across multiple health systems, building business cases for new data sources and managing schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary operations point of contact for health system partners, managing day-to-day project operations, communication, and relationship building across functional areas.
- Drive and influence cross-functional internal and external data and engineering teams without direct authority.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain comprehensive documentation including status reports, timelines, and resource plans tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
You are an experienced project manager who excels at driving complex work across teams and organizations you don't control. You plan carefully, communicate clearly with engineers and executives alike, and treat documentation and tracking as core infrastructure. You understand data well enough to scope extractions, catch quality issues, and work within privacy and compliance constraints. You've led large, multi-stakeholder projects and know how to move work forward without direct authority, spotting problems early and mapping out options before they're needed.
The role includes willingness to travel as needed to Dandelion's five health system partners. Remote work with flexible hours; availability needed for meetings kept to a healthy minimum.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful large-scale project management, including overseeing entire project lifecycles from initiation through delivery and support. Experience anticipating and adapting to change easily and swiftly.
- A builder's mindset toward operations: demonstrated use of AI tools to remove manual work from project management, such as automating recurring partner reporting, drafting stakeholder updates, or synthesizing inputs across multiple teams' roadmaps.
- Technical expertise: experience working with engineering and data science teams, exposure to JIRA, Salesforce, project management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Cross-functional communication skills: ability to quickly understand each stakeholder's objectives, motivations, restrictions, and dependencies.
- Self-motivation: goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to health system partners.
