Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform enabling anyone to make music, from casual users to Grammy winners. As Manager, Music Marketing, you'll lead artist and music marketing initiatives that shape how audiences discover, experience, and create music on the platform.
You'll own end-to-end artist marketing campaigns, working at the intersection of music, marketing, product, and brand strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and executing artist partnership programs, managing campaign performance and metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams (growth, product, creative, legal, finance), and serving as a senior relationship holder for high-priority industry partnerships.
The role requires deep music industry expertise, including knowledge of recording, publishing, and representation agreements. You'll ideate and execute campaigns that benefit artists, fans, and Suno simultaneously, while representing the artist community in product launches and creating new on- and off-platform opportunities.
You'll establish best practices around campaign operations, data analysis, rights clearances, contracting, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact position in a fast-growing, venture-backed company redefining music creation and consumption.
Required: 8–10 years in music/entertainment (DSP, management, or label experience); proven track record managing artist relationships and end-to-end marketing campaigns; deep familiarity with music industry structures and agreements; strong communication skills for senior artist teams and internal stakeholders; comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth environment; passion for music and belief in technology expanding creative access.
Preferred: experience at music tech, streaming, or AI companies; familiarity working with product and engineering teams.
