League is a fast-growing healthcare technology platform that helps health plans and health systems close gaps in patient care. The company serves 70+ million people through partnerships with organizations like Manulife, SCAN, Geisinger, and Medibank. This Manager role owns two interconnected responsibilities: League CONNECT, the company's flagship annual event, and year-round community programming that engages a global network of healthcare leaders. Reporting to the Director of Brand Experience & Communications, this is not just event execution—it's designing and stewarding an ongoing membership-style experience where CONNECT serves as the annual centerpiece. Key responsibilities include: **League CONNECT Event:** End-to-end project management of the flagship annual gathering, including attendee experience design from registration through post-event follow-up. You'll own digital strategy and demand generation (email, social, SMS), collaborate with internal design teams and external agencies on operations, manage venue and hotel relationships, and lead on-site execution alongside the event agency. **Community Program Design:** Co-design the annual calendar of programming—thought leadership content, regional roundtables, member-exclusive convenings, and other benefits that keep leaders engaged between events. You'll define what "membership" means, build relationships with community members, identify and program regional gatherings in priority markets, and curate thought leadership opportunities like speaking slots and peer introductions. **Supporting Events:** Provide operational rigor to other owned events (Ignite, Power Up) and support trade shows and field marketing activities as capacity allows. You'll need strong event operations skills combined with relationship-building instincts from membership or community organizations (e.g., YPO). This role requires comfort with executive-level stakeholders, a member-journey mindset rather than single-event thinking, and the ability to ensure every touchpoint reflects League's positioning as the world's leading AI-driven healthcare CX platform.
