Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform connecting fans across commerce, collectibles, betting, and live experiences. The Manager, Loyalty Marketing (Brand & GTM) role is responsible for bringing the Fanatics ONE loyalty brand to life through coordinated marketing launches, campaigns, and member experiences.
You will own day-to-day planning and execution of Fanatics ONE marketing programs, ensuring every launch is delivered consistently, on time, and with a unified member experience across the ecosystem. Working across Brand, CRM, Product, Commercial, and Creative teams, you will translate strategy into execution by leading campaign planning, launch governance, and cross-functional delivery across every customer touchpoint.
Key responsibilities include: owning the Fanatics ONE marketing calendar and prioritizing campaigns, benefit launches, and brand moments; leading integrated go-to-market planning and translating business priorities into coordinated launch plans; developing campaign strategy and messaging in partnership with Brand and Creative teams; orchestrating cross-channel execution across CRM, App, Site, Lifecycle, and partner teams; driving launch governance and stakeholder alignment; building scalable marketing operations through GTM playbooks and processes; and measuring campaign effectiveness to optimize future launches.
You will need 3-5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, go-to-market strategy, or brand strategy, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing launches from planning through execution is essential. Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are required. You should be comfortable developing campaign briefs, GTM plans, and integrated marketing calendars, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate operates well in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving priorities and has a passion for sports and building customer-first experiences.
