Havenly Brands is building a premier destination for home furnishings and design services, operating multiple award-winning brands including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, Inside, and St.Frank. The company combines proprietary 3D visualization technology, a global network of AI-empowered designers, and a customer-facing AI design assistant to transform how millions design their homes.
As Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead retention and engagement campaign strategy across Havenly's portfolio of brands. This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and data analysis. You'll own the day-to-day lifecycle program driving customer engagement and repeat purchase behavior across the brand portfolio.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing retention and engagement campaign strategies, managing audience segmentation and targeting, collaborating with creative teams on campaign briefs, analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior data, coordinating multi-brand campaign calendars and workflows, and optimizing customer lifecycle touchpoints for repeat purchase. You'll move fluidly between data analysis, creative direction, and operational execution in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.
The ideal candidate has experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, experience managing cross-functional campaigns, comfort with email marketing platforms and marketing automation, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a track record of driving measurable customer engagement and retention improvements.
