As Manager of Learning & Development for Care Teams, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of training and onboarding for Daymark's clinical care teams. You demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, can manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously, and have a track record managing trainers or training delivery staff. You are data-driven, using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement. You work within established frameworks while having the backbone to advocate for changes supported by data. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. You are mission-driven and passionate about improving the experience of people navigating cancer diagnosis.
