Meal Ticket is a PE-backed vertical SaaS platform serving the foodservice industry, helping restaurant operators and distributors streamline back-of-house operations. The company serves 15,000+ restaurants globally and helps operators cut food costs 3-5% while reclaiming ~100 hours monthly.
You will own GTM operations for the Revenue and Customer Success organizations, reporting directly to the CRO. This is a dual-focused role split equally between two areas:
**Reporting & Revenue Operations:** You'll architect and maintain Salesforce as the system of record, including object model design, field governance, and data hygiene. You'll own the forecast and pipeline inspection cadence the CRO uses to run the business, measured on forecast accuracy. You'll design territories, set quotas, and administer compensation plans across Sales and CS. You'll manage deal desk throughput to clear approvals within SLA against defined discount thresholds. You'll build funnel and attainment reporting by stage, segment, channel, and rep.
**GTM Engineering & Automation:** You'll design, deploy, and maintain agentic workflows in production—including lead research and enrichment, call and email analysis, pipeline hygiene enforcement, and rep-facing CRM insights. You'll build enrichment, routing, and speed-to-lead automation from form fill to rep contact. You'll implement security review, sandbox-to-production promotion, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for all deployments within the company's AI governance framework.
The function exists to raise output per rep rather than fund growth with headcount. You'll be measured on qualified pipeline per rep, speed to lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion, cycle time, cost per SQL, forecast accuracy, and data integrity. You own what you build after launch—monitoring, fixing, and retiring agents when they stop earning their keep.
This is a player-coach role: you'll work hands-on alongside a fractional RevOps partner. Work is prioritized in weekly agile sprints and managed like a product roadmap. The tech stack includes Salesforce (system of record), Gong (conversation data), and HubSpot (marketing automation).
After 3-6 months, success looks like: the CRO forecasts off your numbers without manual scrubbing; data is clean with named owners for every critical field; the deal desk consistently clears within SLA; and agentic workflows run in production with measurable impact on qualified pipeline per rep and speed to lead.
