Wiz, a fastest-growing cloud and AI security platform (recently acquired by Google), is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager based in Japan to lead demand generation and brand awareness initiatives across the Japanese market. You will own the execution and optimization of integrated field marketing strategies, collaborating closely with global Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Product teams to drive qualified leads and accelerate go-to-market efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
**Field Execution:** Develop and deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to the Japanese market and specific target verticals. Align sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns to drive brand visibility and demand generation across the region.
**Event Management:** Lead and execute field marketing activities including trade shows, conferences, and user groups. Manage external vendors and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of both in-person and virtual events.
**Sales Enablement:** Partner with sales teams to provide marketing collateral, campaign insights, and lead intelligence that accelerates deal cycles and improves conversion rates.
**Campaign Strategy & Analytics:** Plan, execute, and measure the success of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. Track performance using CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, etc.) to optimize ROI.
**Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work across functions to ensure marketing efforts resonate with key target audiences and support broader company growth objectives.
You'll be part of a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on Wiz's expansion in Japan. The role requires 8+ years of field marketing experience, strong communication skills, proven event management expertise, and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools. Experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity is preferred.
