Tines is seeking a Manager of Field & Channel Marketing for North America to lead a team of field marketers driving pipeline and revenue growth. This role owns regional field marketing strategy and execution across the NAMER region, with direct accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline through field, event, and partner programs.
You will lead and develop a team of field marketers, own NAMER field marketing strategy with focus on pipeline generation and revenue impact, and plan execution of field programs including tentpole events, regional events, executive engagements, ABM activations, and roadshows. A core focus is scaling Tines' channel and partner field marketing motion across North America—designing repeatable, high-impact partner programs; activating and optimizing marketing development funds (MDF); and building systems that enable partners to generate pipeline consistently alongside the Tines sales team.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams to align field investments to territory plans and account priorities; collaborating with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns; establishing scalable processes for intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up; owning regional budgets and vendor management; and defining and tracking success metrics including pipeline sourced/influenced, meetings, ROI, and program performance.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of B2B field or regional marketing experience (preferably SaaS/enterprise technology), 2+ years of people management leading high-performing marketing teams, proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue through field and event marketing, deep hands-on experience with channel and partner marketing programs including MDF strategy and optimization, strong partnership skills with Sales leadership, budget management and ROI reporting experience, excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset. Experience with public sector or regulated industries, MarTech platforms (Asana, HubSpot), and high-growth scaling organizations is a plus.
