Dandy is transforming the dental industry—a $400B+ market—by building an operating system for dental practices globally. This role leads the Enterprise Account Management team driving growth across Dental Service Organization (DSO) partners.
You will own the complete growth engine for enterprise accounts, focusing on three core levers: expanding product lines sold into each practice, increasing practice penetration within DSOs, and preventing churn. You'll build, test, and scale the funnel, cadences, and coaching that make account manager output predictable and forecastable.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a team of Enterprise Account Managers with clear performance expectations and KPI monitoring (calls, pickups, meetings, close rates). You'll partner closely with RevOps to define funnel stages, instrumentation, and reporting, identifying and testing solutions to the highest-leverage bottlenecks. You'll establish weekly cadences that make revenue predictable, operationalize the whitespace and account penetration model, and enforce Salesforce discipline to ensure data integrity.
You'll own team and account-level reporting against the three DSO growth levers, translating funnel data into prioritized, testable hypotheses each cycle. You'll define what makes top-performing account managers and build playbooks, training, and tooling to replicate success across the team. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll align the enterprise growth motion with broader DSO strategy and aggregate customer feedback for product and marketing teams.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years in sales, account management, or revenue operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity. Proven ability to lead quota-carrying teams, build and interrogate sales funnels, and design data-driven tests. Strong Salesforce and BI tool proficiency. Experience in dental, healthcare technology, or with DSOs is a plus.
