ServiceNow's TA Innovation & Infrastructure team is seeking a Manager to lead emerging talent acquisition capabilities and pilot programs. This is a newly created role at the intersection of talent acquisition and AI-native transformation, where you'll work directly with the product organization through ServiceNow's Customer Zero program to shape how the company finds, evaluates, and hires talent. You will serve as the execution engine for the TA Innovation roadmap, connecting cross-functional teams and turning fast-paced innovation work into clear, compelling narratives for leadership. Your responsibilities include: • Owning the innovation portfolio's rhythm: managing milestones, coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communications • Driving pilot program management from kickoff through results, tracking success metrics, organizing workstreams, and ensuring cross-functional accountability • Coordinating RFIs (Requests for Information) for new technology evaluation, managing timelines, inputs, and documentation as the team assesses emerging candidate evaluation tools and platforms • Shaping the innovation narrative and owning all TA Innovation updates to the broader TA&M organization, building momentum and confidence with leadership • Serving as the cybersecurity point person for administrative and fraud management needs You'll work day-to-day with the Director of TA Innovation and collaborate cross-functionally with the AI Center of Excellence, Cybersecurity, Product, and Technology teams. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can organize complexity across multiple pilots and stakeholders, and excels at translating technical or in-progress work into leadership-ready narratives. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in TA technology, program management, or innovation-adjacent roles within SaaS or similarly fast-moving environments • Demonstrated ability to organize complexity—multiple pilots, stakeholders, and timelines—into clear, actionable plans • Intrinsic motivation and comfort operating with autonomy across execution, coordination, and reporting • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical work into narratives that resonate with leadership • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and disciplines
