MaintainX is seeking an experienced Account Management Manager to lead and develop the Emerging Market Account Management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, people management, and strategic growth of a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities through regular 1-1s, pipeline reviews, and customer call involvement. - Own all people management functions: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and identifying skill development opportunities. - Manage team operations and processes to ensure efficient execution, deadline adherence, and goal achievement. Proactively identify and remove obstacles. - Develop and implement strategic outbound sales processes to help the team achieve revenue targets. - Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting with weekly team performance updates covering wins, challenges, and strategic initiatives. - Partner with leadership to turn metrics into actionable decisions and present data-driven insights. You bring 3+ years of experience leading Account Management teams in SaaS or B2B environments, with a proven track record of recruiting, developing, and motivating talented sales professionals. You're an analytical thinker who excels at process improvement, efficiency optimization, and celebrating team wins. Experience in CMMS software or B2B SaaS startups is a plus. You thrive in fast-growth environments and have a genuine passion for your team's success.
