Harry's, the #2 shave brand globally and part of Mammoth Brands (a modern CPG company behind category-leading brands including Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie), is seeking a Manager of Corporate FP&A to support enterprise financial planning and strategic decision-making.
You will report to the Head of Corporate Finance and serve as a critical financial partner to corporate leadership. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Enterprise Financial Planning & Performance:** Own the full planning cycle end-to-end for a defined set of corporate leaders, including monthly reporting and budget-vs-actual analysis, forecasting, long-term planning, and ad hoc analysis. Contribute to Board materials and leadership reporting (Monthly Business Review / Quarterly Business Review) with insightful business performance commentary. Drive process improvements that increase transparency, scalability, and analytical rigor across Corporate FP&A. Support the Head of Corporate Finance in running the Enterprise Long-Term Planning process and "Shape of P&L" modeling work to inform portfolio decisions.
**Corporate 3-Statement Model & Cash Flow Management:** Own the mechanics, integrity, and ongoing enhancement of the corporate 3-statement model (both in-year and long-term plan forecasts). Coordinate with business unit and functional stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure model accuracy. Maintain an "always on" model that supports growth and capital raising. Enhance modeling capabilities to support capital allocation, liquidity planning, and strategic trade-off decisions.
**Strategic Analysis & Diligence:** Lead deep-dive financial analyses to inform key strategic decisions, including cost optimization and liquidity planning. Support investor, lender, and strategic diligence requests. Participate in financial diligence and external Q&A processes as needed.
You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Strategy, and Commercial Finance teams, with regular exposure to the CFO and Board-facing forums. The role is based in Mammoth Brands' SoHo headquarters with an in-office requirement Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Mammoth Brands is committed to building brands that move fast and think big, with a focus on AI fluency and process innovation. The company donated over $20 million through nonprofit partners to date and maintains a small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture despite its growth.

- Demonstrated ownership of real deliverables end-to-end in planning cycles
- Strong financial modeling skills: ability to build and maintain complex, well-structured models with fluency in 3-statement modeling and P&L/balance sheet/cash flow mechanics

- Collaborative approach across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and business-unit teams
- Curiosity about process improvement and automation, including AI tooling
- Direct and humble communication style with openness to feedback
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate; must be available for in-office work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
