Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a team of Commercial Account Executives. This role is central to one of the company's largest revenue lines, bringing observability and security solutions to a multi-billion dollar market. You will be responsible for team strategy, mentorship, and execution. Your core responsibilities include: • Motivate and lead your team to exceed sales objectives and targets • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for team performance • Hire, onboard, oversee, and train a team of Account Executives • Drive lead generation, maintain high activity standards, and manage pipeline development • Coach new team members through their ramp period to accelerate time-to-productivity • Monitor the sales funnel from prospect through close, establish performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing in-office collaboration while supporting work-life harmony.
