Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates each layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—addressing the critical bottleneck of power in AI compute.
You will lead Crusoe's recruiting coordination function as Manager of Candidate Experience, overseeing the interview process across Corporate, Manufacturing, and GTM organizations. This is a hands-on management role requiring both strategic leadership and operational execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a global team of recruiting coordinators responsible for end-to-end interview scheduling, multi-panel loops, cross-timezone logistics, and candidate preparation
- Ensuring team SLAs are met and identifying workflow improvements and capacity optimization opportunities
- Maintaining high standards for coordination accuracy, load balancing, interviewer alignment, and process compliance
- Leading initiatives (candidate surveys, partnership feedback) to continuously improve candidate and hiring team experience
- Building and scaling the coordination team capacity model
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborating with recruiting leadership on team growth, hiring, onboarding, and development
You bring 5+ years of recruiting coordination or operations experience at high-growth tech companies, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics. You excel at organization, communication, and follow-through, comfortable owning both execution and process building. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with strong operational rigor. Proficiency with Ashby ATS is required; experience with Workday HRIS, interview training programs, and recruiting tools (CoderPad, Metaview, Glassdoor/Indeed) is a plus.
