MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. The platform manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders, helping industrial and frontline teams reduce unplanned downtime. You will build and lead MaintainX's first Business Development Representative (BDR) team in the Denver office, establishing the sales pipeline presence for the region. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll be the first MaintainX BDR manager in Denver while plugging into Autodesk's established XDR organization and operating model. Key responsibilities include: - Hiring, ramping, and developing a high-performing BDR team in Denver, owning hiring standards, 90-day onboarding, and individual performance accountability - Driving predictable pipeline through structured weekly coaching cadence aligned with the broader XDR organization's rhythms and tools - Applying and adapting the proven outbound playbook locally, including ICP targeting, messaging, sequence strategy, and tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo) - Creating individual development plans for each rep with clear paths toward Account Executive or team leadership roles, holding yourself accountable to promotions - Partnering with Marketing and Sales to align on ICP evolution, campaign activation, and pipeline handoffs, ensuring alignment translates to outcomes Within 12 months, your Denver team will be fully ramped, performing, and integrated into the company-wide XDR operations with predictable pipeline and clear career trajectories for each rep. REQUIREMENTS: Must-haves: - 1 to 3 years leading a BDR or SDR team at a SaaS or technology company, with documented attainment against team targets - A repeatable hiring process for BDRs; ability to identify A-players consistently at screening stage - Demonstrated ability to coach rep behavior and change output, not just report on metrics - Data fluency: ability to pull your own reports, read pipeline signals before they become problems, and coach to leading indicators - Comfort operating with a remote manager while building your local team in person, day to day - Experience holding cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Sales ops to pipeline outcomes, not just pipeline intent Nice-to-haves: - Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or operations buyer personas - Familiarity with CMMS or EAM software category
