Jerry is building an AI-powered super app to help people optimize all aspects of car ownership—insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more—across a $2T market. The company has grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M in funding, achieved 60X revenue growth in 5 years, and scaled to 225 employees across 6 countries. They are now expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV categories.
As Manager of Business Development and Partnerships, you will drive growth and success of the partner ecosystem by strategically managing existing partnerships and identifying high-value new collaborations. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, you will be the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring long-term success and alignment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners and serving as their go-to contact
- Developing and executing structured business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner's unique goals
- Analyzing data to uncover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive KPI performance for both sides
- Leading the identification and structuring of new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners through skilled negotiation
- Providing regular insights and updates to partners and internal teams to maintain alignment and informed decision-making
- Triaging and resolving operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, data, sales) to craft and execute partnership strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and strong bias for action
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt quickly, and desire to contribute to high-growth company success
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada (full-time salaried employees)
