Salary: GBP 84,900 - 139,700 / annual

You will join as Manager of Account Development for the EMEA region, leading a high-performing Account Development Representative (ADR) team responsible for pipeline generation. This is a people-management role where you will attract, onboard, and coach team members to excel in their roles and develop into future go-to-market (GTM) positions. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and developing a high-performing global account development team within a SaaS environment - Serving as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership on sales activities, strategies, and forecasting, using data-led insights to drive results - Analyzing pipeline management and team productivity metrics to identify improvement areas and implement actionable recommendations that drive pipeline growth - Championing a culture of continuous feedback and growth, building a team environment that encourages innovation and celebrates achievements - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Customer Success You will use strong coaching and people management skills to build accountability and foster continuous development within your team. Requirements: - Proven experience leading high-performing global account development teams within a SaaS environment - Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing CRM for pipeline management and data analysis - Exceptional people management skills and demonstrated commitment to employee development and career growth - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding team pipeline generation and sales targets - Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product Nice-to-haves: - Familiarity with remote working principles and experience driving success in highly transparent environments - Experience leading teams through change - Knowledge of modern sales strategies and methodologies to enhance team effectiveness - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
