6sense is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to lead global AP operations and manage a team of AP specialists. The role encompasses end-to-end accounts payable processes, vendor invoice management, employee reimbursements, corporate travel programs, and credit card management. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Operations: Manage end-to-end AP processes ensuring timely and accurate vendor invoice processing in compliance with approval matrices and audit controls. Oversee global travel and expense reimbursements with adherence to company policies, and manage corporate credit card programs including reconciliation, dispute resolution, and cardholder support. Ensure timely AP accruals, month-end close tasks, and annual 1099 reporting. Support internal and external audits. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global AP team, fostering collaboration and cross-training. Prepare performance reviews, manage KPIs, and ensure the team meets performance standards. Technology and Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date procedure documentation and ensure data integrity in financial systems. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide cash flow forecasts, AP aging reports, and audit documentation. Deliver insights to senior management regarding outstanding payables, risks, and opportunities to improve financial position. 6sense's mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred) - 6+ years of accounts payable experience - 3+ years in a managerial role in a US-owned multinational company - Strong knowledge of P2P processes and corporate credit card management - Proficiency in ERP systems and AP-related software - Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, X-Lookups) - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and develop a global team - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
