This is a foundational role in a nascent team, offering the opportunity to shape the Account Management organization from the ground up. You will serve as the primary business advisor and point of contact for assigned key accounts throughout and after the integration process. Your responsibilities include crafting merchant-specific account development plans, delivering consultative guidance on global payments strategies, and managing merchant deliverables through project coordination. You'll act as the voice of Checkout.com's product and brand, providing expertise, education, and mentorship while building high-touch, long-term relationships. A critical part of the role is cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Integration, and Support teams to influence internal stakeholders and product roadmaps, ensuring exceptional merchant experiences. You'll provide on-the-ground feedback and strategic insights to regional and global leadership, directly shaping product roadmap priorities and go-to-market motions for the AU/NZ market.
