Salary: USD 84,992 - 114,275 / annual

As Manager of Account Development, you will lead a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Motivate and mentor ADRs to exceed goals through coaching, performance incentives, and leadership by example
• Develop key performance metrics and dashboards to help your team focus on continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with sales leadership to optimize pipeline generation and revenue creation
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team
• Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally
You will thrive in this role if you have deep understanding of outbound sales prospecting across segments, a passion for coaching and developing others, and a committed focus on improving prospecting and lead generation processes.
Minimum qualifications:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• 1-2+ years of experience leading a team
• Strong strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)
• Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives
