Salary: USD 163,000 - 190,000 / annual
Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. As a Majors Account Executive in the Pacific Northwest, you will drive new business and expand existing relationships with the largest organizations in your territory, reporting to the Regional Director.
You will execute complex, high-value sales engagements with top security leaders and C-suite executives, influencing security postures at scale. Your focus is understanding customer business needs, educating stakeholders on Wiz's cloud security solutions, and building long-term strategic relationships that drive adoption and expansion.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans targeting major organizations; demonstrating deep product knowledge and industry point-of-view to CISO-level executives; closing multi-million-dollar deals while maintaining Wiz values; leveraging partner ecosystems to optimize market opportunities; and collaborating cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
You will employ proven sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, manage complex pipeline generation, and maintain executive-level relationships that drive consistent quota attainment.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of SaaS/Security sales experience with a proven track record closing enterprise deals in Fortune 100 accounts; hyper-growth startup experience; deep expertise in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystems; strong executive presence and board-level communication skills; demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive customer outcomes; and a consultative, professional approach to customer engagement.
