Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, provides an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and mission-critical institutions. The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, impacting over 125 million people. As a Major Client Advocate, you will own end-to-end relationships with Peregrine's largest and most strategic customers. You serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, acting as the voice of the customer to engineers while supporting clients through platform updates, new workflows, and feature adoption. Your core responsibilities include ensuring measurable operational outcomes, driving sustained adoption beyond initial deployment, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will operate as a strategic partner to senior agency leaders, translating technical delivery into business value and long-term impact. This involves interpreting complex data sources, managing dashboards and metrics, conducting onsite visits to build relationships with stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity across large organizations. You'll coordinate across internal and external stakeholders without direct authority, managing scope and risk while maintaining focus on defensible outcomes. The role requires 5-7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts in large, regulated, or mission-critical environments. You should have proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes, strong executive presence, and technical fluency to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams. Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy sectors is strongly preferred. The position is based remotely in Ohio with approximately 60% travel required.
