The company serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, impacting over 125 million people. As a Major Client Advocate, you will own end-to-end relationships with Peregrine's largest and most strategic customers. The role demands someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is deeply committed to delivering real operational value rather than just completing activities. Required qualifications include 5-7+ years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts; proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes; strong executive presence and stakeholder management; technical fluency to partner credibly with IT and Product teams; and experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
