Salary: USD 125,000 - 160,000 / annual

The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, impacting over 125 million people.
As a Major Client Advocate for the Northeast region, you will own end-to-end relationships with Peregrine's largest and most strategic customers. Your primary responsibility is ensuring these complex deployments deliver measurable operational outcomes and sustained adoption. You will serve as the principal partner to senior agency leaders, translating technical delivery into long-term value and expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: managing adoption and usage metrics across large, regulated organizations; conducting onsite visits and building deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders; interpreting complex data sources and dashboards to optimize platform utilization; representing the customer voice to internal engineering and product teams; driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities; and navigating ambiguity across large organizational structures.
You will work with command staff, executives, and technical teams simultaneously, requiring strong executive presence and stakeholder management. The role demands structured thinking, accountability, and a commitment to delivering real operational impact rather than activity-based metrics. You'll lead cross-functional coordination without direct authority and manage scope and risk in complex environments.
The position is based remotely in the New York or Philadelphia area with approximately 60% travel required across the Northeast region for onsite customer visits and relationship building. This is a critical role protecting and growing Peregrine's most important accounts.
