Salary: USD 125,000 - 160,000 / annual

As a Major Client Advocate, you will own end-to-end relationships with Peregrine's largest and most strategic customers. You serve as the primary interface between customers and the internal team, acting as the voice of the customer to engineers while supporting clients through platform updates, workflows, and new features. Your core responsibility is ensuring adoption and measurable operational outcomes for complex deployments.
You will operate as the primary partner to senior agency leaders, translating technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value. This involves interpreting multiple data sources, analyzing dashboards and metrics, and conducting onsite visits to build deep relationships with agency stakeholders. You bring structure to ambiguity, navigate complex organizational environments, and drive progress across internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
The role requires 5–7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments. You must demonstrate proven ability to drive adoption beyond go-live, strong executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. Technical fluency is essential to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams. Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments is strongly preferred. You will travel approximately 60% of the time across the Tampa region and surrounding areas.
This is a hybrid role based remotely in Tampa, Florida, with weekly onsite visits required. Location may change to align with business needs.
