In this role, you'll join a goal-focused, impact-driven full-stack data science team working on machine learning solutions that directly drive business results. You'll partner closely with the Marketing team to build sophisticated bidding and targeting strategies across Paid Search, Retargeting, and Email campaigns. Your work will include developing models and algorithms that personalize how insurance results are ranked in the product, identifying opportunities for experimentation, and building models that improve customer conversion rates.
You'll need at least 1+ years of relevant experience building and applying machine learning models with clear business impact. Strong technical skills are essential: Python (numpy, pandas, sklearn), SQL, and solid quantitative and programming fundamentals. You should have a product-driven sensibility and the ability to clarify business problems, identify good solutions, and ship them. A graduate degree in a technical or quantitative discipline is required. You'll be comfortable working iteratively and hands-on in a small team, with a startup pace mindset and strong delivery focus. Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
