The M&A Team drives Fever's inorganic growth through corporate investment decisions, managing the complete deal lifecycle from sourcing through post-merger integration. You will support high-impact transactions backed by rigorous financial analysis, precise valuation, and strategic alignment.
In this M&A Associate role, you will:
**Source and Analyze Opportunities:**
- Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment and live events sector
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability
- Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation
**Support Deal Execution:**
- Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
- Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing
- Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution
**Post-Merger Integration:**
- Support the development and execution of post-merger integration plans to drive value creation
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies post-closing
