Salary: mixed (PLN and EUR) 1,800 - 9,200 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Localization Specialist (Translator) fluent in Arabic and French to help bring the fintech platform to Arabic and French-speaking customers. You'll work within the Communications team, which shapes how Revolut speaks to the world by turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, culturally adapted copy across multiple content types including the app, website, emails, and marketing materials. You'll go beyond direct translation to ensure content is truly localized and resonates with target markets, adapting Revolut's brand tone and strategic vision to local cultural contexts. You'll meet daily volume expectations, contribute to live translation updates, and suggest long-term strategic content projects that align with company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality localized copy in your target language (transcreation) for all content types
- Meeting daily volume expectations consistently
- Adapting brand tone, vision, and messaging to local markets and cultural differences
- Contributing to live translation updates while maintaining brand consistency
- Suggesting strategic content projects for long-term growth
- Collaborating across functions to ensure messaging aligns with wider company goals
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Arabic
- Native-level fluency in French
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in localization/translation, preferably in a similar field (fintech or financial services preferred)
- Excellent writing, editorial, and reviewing skills
- Experience writing creative and engaging content
- Expertise in transcreation and adapting to specified tone of voice
- Data-driven approach with ability to quantify work appropriately
- Strong collaboration and self-organization skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
