Thuma, a bedroom lifestyle brand, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support email and SMS marketing programs. Reporting to the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will execute campaigns and automated customer journeys with precision, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery. In this hands-on role, you will partner with Creative, eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, and Analytics teams to build communications that deepen customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: • Building, scheduling, and deploying email and SMS campaigns with proper audience segmentation, suppressions, personalization, link tracking, and UTM parameters • Owning campaign quality assurance to ensure accurate rendering and brand compliance • Supporting and optimizing automated lifecycle flows • Managing the lifecycle marketing calendar and Asana workflows, identifying risks early • Collaborating with Creative, Copy, Digital Merchandising, and Brand Strategy teams to keep briefs on schedule • Supporting testing initiatives across creative, copy, offers, audiences, cadence, and personalization • Contributing to list growth through email and SMS capture strategy and testing • Delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting, translating results into actionable recommendations • Maintaining documentation standards, templates, linking practices, and QA protocols Thuma offers a hybrid work environment with flexible hours and flexible PTO. REQUIREMENTS: • 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or eCommerce marketing • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders effectively • Instinct for efficiency, including using AI to streamline workflows • Methodical approach to quality assurance with full ownership of work accuracy • Clear communication and judgment to surface risks proactively • Balance of execution and problem-solving capabilities • Genuine curiosity about customer behavior and motivations • Enthusiasm and appetite to grow; willingness to learn the craft NICE TO HAVE: • Hands-on campaign building experience in Klaviyo or comparable platform • Working understanding of segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and lifecycle performance • Fluency in Asana, Figma, Shopify, Attentive, or Tableau • Analytical mindset and willingness to investigate data or technical issues independently
