Ultra is the #1 brand of nicotine-free functional pouches, backed by top-tier investors and athletes. The nicotine pouch market is projected to reach $25B by 2028, and Ultra is positioned to lead the shift toward nicotine-free functional benefits. As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll design and execute the post-purchase customer experience that drives retention and lifetime value. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with the CMO, you'll own the full lifecycle—from onboarding and activation through habit formation, subscription management, winback, and reactivation. You'll be hands-on and execution-focused: building sophisticated, personalized email and SMS journeys in Klaviyo or comparable ESP; developing compelling messaging that feels personal and on-brand; managing multi-segment, multi-flow programs with precision; and using cohort and performance data to iterate weekly. You'll think from the customer's perspective, sweat the details of great communication, and understand how your work connects to churn and LTV. You'll also partner with Growth and Creative on offers, bundles, and promotions that support long-term value, and help develop winback strategies grounded in customer motivation rather than blanket discounts. This role has a clear pathway to strategic ownership. You'll start by executing best-in-class lifecycle experiences, and as you prove you can move the numbers, your mandate grows. The right person will own Ultra's retention strategy within a year. You're fluent in ESP platforms and can build sophisticated flows yourself. You're data-literate, comfortable in dashboards and analytics, and use performance signals to improve. You manage complexity without dropping details, care deeply about the customer experience, and embody Ultra's values: move fast, be data-driven, take ownership, build with intention, compete to win.
