Teal Health is building a direct-to-consumer platform to expand access to cervical cancer screening by enabling women to self-collect samples from home. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own end-to-end patient engagement strategy and execution across the full funnel—from initial outreach through screening completion, follow-up care, retention, and repeat engagement. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing personalized patient journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, portal chat, direct mail, voice AI, ringless voicemail) to improve conversion, appointment attendance, kit return rates, and abnormal follow-up adherence. You will build scalable lifecycle infrastructure using platforms like HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on behavioral segmentation and intelligent automation. The role requires strong experimentation discipline—designing structured tests across messaging, timing, channels, and incentives to identify what genuinely moves outcomes. You'll own lifecycle analytics and funnel performance measurement, translating patient behavior insights into actionable recommendations. A critical component is managing HIPAA- and TCPA-compliant communications, ensuring PHI-safe practices, proper consent and opt-out handling, and the judgment to distinguish marketing from treatment-related messages. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, medical operations, revenue strategy, and customer support teams to optimize the end-to-end patient experience and remove friction at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or growth marketing with a proven track record of measurable business impact. Healthcare or health tech experience is preferred, as is familiarity with emerging patient-engagement channels like voice AI and in-portal messaging. Strong analytical mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to move quickly in a startup environment are essential.
