Salary: USD 115,200 - 144,000 / annual

Sprout Social, a social intelligence platform, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Customer Marketing team. You will develop and execute self-service customer lifecycle programs that drive onboarding success, product adoption, and account retention for customers with minimal high-touch support. Key responsibilities include: - Developing strategy and creating optimized self-service lifecycle programs, identifying key milestones, messages, and experiences that drive customer outcomes - Building and operating Sprout's in-app customer lifecycle strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, programmatically launching relevant communications - Overseeing project management for self-service email and in-app lifecycle programs, setting timelines, deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution - Researching, experimenting with, and implementing AI tools and approaches to accelerate team productivity and transform delivery - Analyzing program performance and customer engagement, sharing data-driven insights with stakeholders and optimizing based on results - Building strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product Operations, Brand Creative, and Marketing Operations teams You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can test bold ideas, learn quickly, and shape the future of how global brands connect with customers. The role emphasizes customer-first thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence across teams without direct authority. Within your first month, you'll complete onboarding, set priorities with your manager, and begin participating in team rituals. By three months, you'll understand Sprout's customers and education channels, shadow cross-functional teams, and contribute to in-flight programs. At six months, you'll lead execution of new self-service lifecycle programs and present insights to stakeholders. By twelve months, you'll have established yourself as a key contributor, testing new tactics and informing quarterly planning. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualifications: - 6+ years of relevant experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Education, or Product Marketing roles - 3+ years of experience creating or supporting B2B product adoption or customer education programs - Proven track record developing and executing cross-functional projects with customer-facing deliverables from ideation through reporting and iteration planning - Demonstrable expertise in standalone and evergreen marketing campaigns, specifically delivering product adoption outcomes Preferred qualifications: - 3-5 years of meaningful experience owning in-app communications or digital adoption strategy - Natural collaborator with Product teams; ability to translate technical roadmap language into adoption strategy and influence without authority - Data-driven and experiment-minded; comfortable setting ambitious targets, designing tests, and iterating based on data - Comfortable in fast-paced environments with competing priorities; ability to prioritize high-impact work and drive alignment - Familiarity with social media marketing, social media marketers, and the social media marketing tech landscape - User-level familiarity with customer experience management and marketing technologies (Salesforce, Customer.io, Pendo, Gainsight) and AI tools (Claude, Gemini)
