Robinhood is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement across its financial products and services. In this hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (3+ days/week in-office), you will own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement across the entire user journey—from onboarding through product adoption, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with product, design, data science, and content teams to develop personalized customer journeys and compelling messaging. Your work will be grounded in data: you'll use customer segmentation and analysis to identify targeted messaging opportunities, generate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply statistical knowledge to validate results. You'll drive the creative development pipeline, iterating based on test learnings and working with marketing technology as a competitive advantage. The role requires 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or equivalent data-driven field experience. You should be highly analytical, comfortable with Excel, A/B testing, and relational databases, with familiarity in SQL and/or HTML a plus. You're results-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and combine quantitative rigor with creative problem-solving. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Robinhood's mission is to democratize finance for all. The company is building an elite team applying frontier technologies to major financial problems, with high expectations and strong rewards. You'll be supported by engineers, analysts, content strategists, brand marketers, and product innovators working toward a common goal.
